Wanying Wu is an Analyst in Sustainability & Thematic Indices at S&P Dow Jones Indices (S&P DJI). Her primary focus is on the origination and development of products related to sustainability and innovative thematic strategies. In her role, Wanying collaborates extensively with the Sales, Marketing and Global Research & Design departments to introduce new concepts to the market and ensure their commercial success.

Wanying Wu is an Analyst in Sustainability & Thematic Indices at S&P Dow Jones Indices (S&P DJI). Her primary focus is on the origination and development of products related to sustainability and innovative thematic strategies. In her role, Wanying collaborates extensively with the Sales, Marketing and Global Research & Design departments to introduce new concepts to the market and ensure their commercial success.
Prior to joining S&P DJI, Wanying worked at Deloitte, where she delivered sustainable finance and quantitative modeling consulting projects for clients in the financial services sector. Her responsibilities included providing reports grounded in quantitative financial analysis, helping clients to address sustainability disclosure challenges and leading a team in the creation of innovative features for sustainability solutions.
Wanying holds a master’s degree in business analytics from University College London (UCL). She is currently pursuing her CFA designation, having successfully passed the Level II exam of the program.
